Western NX respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, contact number, email address if you provide one, and the delivery address needed to send your parcel. If you order over WhatsApp, we hold that conversation in the same way.

HOW WE USE IT
We use your details only to process and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to help you with exchanges. If you have asked us to, we may also message you about new arrivals. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share your name, address and phone number with the courier company delivering your parcel, because there is no way to deliver it otherwise. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

PAYMENTS
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Prepaid payments are handled by the payment provider directly.

YOUR CHOICES
