These terms apply when you buy from Western NX, whether through this website, over WhatsApp or in the shop at Jaripatka, Nagpur.

PRODUCTS AND SIZING
We describe every item as accurately as we can and photograph it as it is. Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different in person. If you are unsure about a size, message us before ordering and we will help you choose.

PRICES
Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid orders above ₹1000 ship free. Prepaid orders below ₹1000 carry a shipping charge of ₹70. Cash on Delivery orders carry an extra charge of ₹150 per kg, which is paid in advance; the final bill amount is paid when you receive the parcel.

DELIVERY
We dispatch as quickly as we can. Delivery time depends on the courier and your location, and delays caused by the courier, the weather or a public holiday are outside our control.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of you receiving the parcel, provided the item is in exactly the condition it arrived in — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact. An item may be exchanged for a different design. Shipping costs for a return or exchange are borne by the customer. Items damaged after delivery, or sent back after 3 days, cannot be exchanged.

ORDERS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our dispatch. If that happens we will contact you and either exchange it for something you like or refund what you have paid.

The photographs and descriptions on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for another shop.
